Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Regarding the uncertain situation of COVID-19, SLT2021 will be organized in a virtual format, which can only be attended online rather than in Shenzhen, China, as previously announced. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. Hopefully, with the help of IEEE, we can draw from the experiences established in other conferences that have been held or to be held this year. We will post further information as it becomes ready.

We want to encourage you to continue supporting the workshop by submitting your excellent research work to the open calls and letting us know if you have any questions and suggestions.

Please take care and stay healthy!
